Every effort is made to ensure that your insurance will cover your sessions. We will be happy to provide you with your coverage details and an estimated patient portion/cost. PLEASE NOTE: Insurance verification of benefits, including an estimation of charges or patient portion amounts is NOT a guarantee of coverage and all claims are reviewed by your insurance company on an individual basis. You, as the client are ultimately responsible for covering any and all accrued fees.
Please Note: Phone calls, text, emails, report writing and/or letter writing are billed according time involved.
Cancellation Policy: While we hate to have a cancellation policy, it is important to ensure that limited availability does not get wasted.
Clients will be billed $150 for any session canceled with less than 24 hour notice, or if they fail to show up for any scheduled appointment.
Reminder/confirmation request are text to client the day before their appointment. Clients failing to confirm their attendance will lose their appointment.
